Amigos!
Yes. It´s true. I´ve had a life full of
interesting nicknames and here is one just to keep that wheel going....Story
time:
In my night class after a full day of eating
lots of food and beans and sitting for 8 hours. I was walking back to my desk
after practicing some Portuguese when all of a sudden my teacher walked up to
me all concerned and whispered something to me. I thought it was super serious
so I leaned in closer to hear him and all of a sudden I heard, “Elder, have you
gained weight?” WOWOWOW. That was a great kick in the booty. Wasn´t really sure
what to say so I kinda sat there stunned and them someone was like “You should
see his six pack.” But then the teacher said, “No more 6 pack for you! Now
you´ve got a gallon.” RIP. hahaha Luckily, Elder Hammond said, “Elder
Gardanier, stand up on your chair and we´re each going to go around and say
what we like about your body.” Yes. It was an eventful week and that wasn´t the
last time I heard I was fat. Another Teacher called me Gordo and more fun
things too. LUCKILY, it´s the work of the Lord and I love to grow spiritually,
and physically if needed hahaha.
