Hahah, jk. No waffles here in the ctm. Just Paninis for
breakfast EVERY SINGLE MORNING. But sometimes I like to imagine a waffle and
then it tastes good haha.
Food that I’ve missed this week...cinnamon rolls. yum
Some highlights from this week,
-The Fourth of July was kinda sad but actually way cool
here! ALL the Americans wore red white and blue and started singing the
national anthem during breakfast. That moment, I was proud to be an American,
so true.
-Madagascar is a BIG DEAL here. Jk, but one day my districts
sad we can ONLY speak Portuguese that day....unless it was a quote from Madagascar
then it’s all good. Literally, not my idea but I FULLY supported it. If you
wanna know how to say, do you like Madagascar escape from Africa? It’s Voce gosto
Madagascar, fuga de Africa.
-The ctm is a grind, a good grind! All the Brazilians ask me
to sing old tow road, so naturally I dance too. Idk if that’s bad but unity,
ammiright?
I love this gospel and read Acts 2! Praying the gift of
tongues comes to me like that, but I know it will actually come through lots of
hard work! Love ya all and I feel of your prayers!
