4.5 Liters of Acai

3 MONTHS DOWN. Here is how 4 elders celebrate hehe. We got $100 reais for lunch one day because a member couldn´t have it at her house so the classic elders in us bought 4 $6 pizzas and then used $75 to make 4.5 liters of açaí haha. I legit have been on cloud 9 for the past week as I roll over sick because of açaí. It´s a grand experience.
On another good note I finally finished my first toothbrush. Dentist said to change that bad boy out every 3 months so I´m moving on to 2/8 of my toothbrushes!
Here is one of my favorite stories this week of miracles. Maybe even mission.
I was on exchanges with an American elder and they are teaching this lady named Angela who has A LOT of potential. We had an appointment with her and walked 2 miles to her house and found out she was alone. Kinda discouraged we ran around to members nearby to see if they could sit in the lesson. No. One. Was home. We checked so many house and finally after being left on the street we began to think of rescheduling the appointment. I had the quick thought of "look at all this faith we´ve shown trying to accomplish this appointment with Angela. I know that God gives miracles after the trial of your faith." So I put this principle to test and closed my eyes and asked God for a miracle. Legit 2 seconds later after opening my eyes we saw the mom of a member walk past on the road. We followed her back home and were able to have a member with us in the lesson.
There is a reason God gave us this miracle:
The lesson with Angela was about 40 mins of her saying how grateful she is for the work of missionaries and how badly she wants to contribute to God´s work like we do. We then read 3 Nephi 11 and she recapped that chapter from her reading so well and just testified with a palpable spirit. I and my companion didn´t really say much but the spirit was testifying so strong. As we were leaving our testimonies, I just looked at her and said "You know that spirit you felt when you saw us walking on the streets or hearing of those who are called to help God´s work? Well that is the same spirit that will testify to you that the Book of Mormon is true. Angela, you are so special to God and he loves you so much." Right then she just looked at me and her eyes filled with tears and she bowed her head just crying. The whole room didn´t have a dry eye. (At least I think because I couldn´t see well through my tears)

God is so good.
