That´s right. Your Elder Gardanier
finished up his training this week and is now assigned to train. AHHH. I
haven´t picked up my little "son" yet but I´m excited to see if he
speaks Portuguese or not. Really praying and fasting and doing everything to
ALWAYS have the spirit to be with me--like we are promised partaking of the
sacrament every week--because I need the spirit to talk rather than my broken Portuguese!!
This past week to become just a
better person and I was impressed too, I decided to say a prayer every 15 mins
during the day and repent. Wow. What. An. experience. I realized how much I
need to be forgiven of. Things not that bad, but neglecting to talk to someone
or think a good thought. I learned and felt so much more empowered and with my
Father in Heaven. Instead of thinking "Ugh, why did my companion talk for
20 mins and only talk about his girlfriend..." my thoughts changed to
"Please Father, help me to change my attitude and be happy for my
companion."
I challenged EVERYONE to do this. Because repentance brings
purity. Purity brings power. Power brings miracles and souls to Christ.
Praying for everyone and praying for the next 3 months to be
STELLAR!!!!
